square dock stopped charging

my dock has stopped charging - I ordered it september 2020 - the tap works fine - I have two of these units - but they go to different locations - can I order just the dock? is it under warranty?

I dont have the box anymore - so I have no idea what the serial number is

Yes, your dock is still under warranty. The serial number is optional. File a claim here. @kyotoroaster
