printing ticket stubs for each individual item...

Hi All! Individual item tickets question? Here's an overview of where we're at and what we're looking for.

Currently we sell two items. Beer and cocktails. The transaction point (where we sell) is at our bartenders, where, for example, they ring up 2 beers and 1 cocktail, accept payment and make and serve drinks. Because of heavy volume were looking at selling tickets, where the transaction point would be at a separate location. ie a ticket booth. Ideally it would look like this. Ticket booth would ring up amount of each item (beer, cocktail) process payment, and square would print out tickets for each item. meaning if 2 beers and 1 cocktail were purchased, square would print three tickets two that say beer and 1 that would say cocktail. Those tickets would then be turned in at the bar where bartenders would exchange tickets for appropriate drinks. To go even further it would be ideal if beer and cocktails would print to different printers. So two individual beer tickets would go to printer 1, loaded with blue paper, and the cocktail ticket would go to printer 2 loaded with yellow paper. Is this possible or is there a better way?!?

Hello @lacocinachico !

I think what you're proposing is an option here! When you configure your printer's profile, you'll just need to configure your In Person Orders:

-Enable "Single Item per Ticket"

-Disable "Combine Identical Items"

That should get you individual drink tickets as you need. After a bit of digging online, I found a site that sells thermal paper rolls as well.

Hope this works for you!
