one plus 7 pro.mclaren that won't connect

Hi all. My square app says developer options must be disable. They are disabled, have restarted phone, reset reader, unpaired and repaired, still get the same message. Any help? Need this working.

I am really sorry you keep having issues with your device! If you have removed developer mode and have tried all reader and app troubleshooting. Then your device isn't compatible with Square. I don't see the one plus 7 pro. mclaren on our Device Compatibility list so you will not be able to use it with Square. 

I hope that helps clarifies some things although I know this is not ideal, sorry for any confusion.
