my terminal isnt advancing receipts - it sounds like its printing - but the paper doesnt advance - is this a broken part or a programming issue?

ok - so its fine with all of these suggestions - I think there's a broken sprocket on the paper feeder - how do I get a replacement - is this covered under warranty?

If your Square Terminal is under warranty our Hardware Team can look into this for you. They can be reached at 855-809-9000 (English) or 855-700-2000 (French) between 6 am - 6 pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday. If you call outside of these hours, you will be required to enter your Customer Code to validate your account.
