hi

 how I manage printing order?

my english is not fluent so hope this makes sense

sometimes , it prints same items seperately like 

1*beef

1*beef

1*pork

or

2*beef

1*pork

or 

1beef

1pork

1beef

it makes me miss one item which printed apart from same items

I want it print same category together like

1*beef pie

1*beef burger

1*beef roll

2*pork 

1 pork roll

1*chicken

2*chicken pie

same category in a row

I've gone ahead and tested this on my own account to see if I can replicate what you've described. After testing, I can confirm this isn't something you can edit in your printer station settings, rather it is dependent on how the information is added to the order.

For example, if you enter the information like follows: 1 x beef, 1 x pork, 1 x beef, on the receipt it will display like this:

1 beef
1 pork
1 beef

However, if you instead enter the information in groups, for example, 2 x beef, 1 x pork, on the receipt it will display like this:

2 beef
1 pork

At this stage, if you're adding another of the same item to your existing order, it will create a separate line rather than be grouped into the existing line. I hope that helps to clarify how this process works.
