Why do we not have a sort alphabetical option?

They took away drag and drop for categories and now I spend hours clicking arrows.....

Here is a link to the "list" I am trying to keep alphabatized and you can see why this is a problem....

 I wanted to write them all out but "Message cannot exceed 20,000 characters."
