Tipping turning off

Our square registers keeps turning tips off. I saw a thread from 2021 about this but did not see a fix. Why does this keep happening square. You break things that cost us money but your withdrawals everyday seems to never break. Come on @Square. Fix this.

I did see one other post about this a few days ago but that is just 2 reports out of millions.

I would say I would try contacting support and see if they can see in the log what happened.
