I have a Terminal for taking card payments only
recently it kept losing connection with my POS (iPad pro)
it's really frustrating, especially during peak times.
found a same situation here
but no idea how to troubleshoot this glitch.

You can view our recommended troubleshooting steps to help resolve the Square Terminal connection issues with your Square Point of Sale.
The terminal can lose connection for a number of reasons, the most common though is an unstable internet connection. Sometimes rebooting your internet modem is the next best step if you're noticing the connection dropping in and out on a regular basis.
Once you've done this, sign out of your Square Terminal and go through the pairing steps once more. Remember, to sign out of the Terminal, swipe from left to the middle to open the menu panel, then tap Settings > Sign out.
