Terminal has been plugged in for 2 days - not powered up yet?

When I turn on the terminal, the battery charge icon is the only thing showing. It doesn’t appear to be charging properly.

Any advice?

If your Square Terminal is not powering on after being charged with the included charger and testing on a different outlet, your best bet is to get in touch with us directly, so that a member of our Hardware team can dig in with you.
