Hi, i'm a first time user to the thread
we urgently need help from Square to fix a problem with our POS. We hgave two termnals and one has just stopped working due to reader card error. We had switched out the dock and reader for new ones and still have the same error. We've also tried all the usuals of reboot, and tried re-routing. Tech support over the phone no help. Is there local techs who are able to troubleshoot on-site?

did you get it resolved?
when you are referring to ‘terminal’ do you mean the dedicated hardware terminal?
if you swapped the reader, are you saying that you replaced with a working device but it didn’t work?
are you talking about tap to pay type reader or insert. If it’s tap style perhaps there’s something that’s interfering with the nfc reader (assuming more than one didn’t work in the same location)
