Help! We used both units about a month ago at a show. Plugged them in last night as we got no lights. This morning, still both dead. Tried different cords/outlets etc. Dead. No lights when pressing the button. Nothing when it is plugged in.

In order for me to look into this further, I will need some additional information:
Reset the reader by holding the power button down for 20 seconds, until you see the red lights.
Forget the reader from the bluetooth settings of your device.
Turn your bluetooth off and on again.
Make sure you have the most up to date iOS or Android version, as well as the most up to date version of your Square app.
You may also need to allow the device to charge for a while. Once the device has charged for a while, are you seeing any lights?
