I have updated my receipt logo image on Square, but the Square Terminal only prints the previous one.
I gave tried rebooting and logging in and out, does not fix it.
Two ideas that *might* help:
- Have you tried visiting the dashboard on a PC to see if you can update it there?
- Do you have more than one 'location' in your Square setup, perhaps you are logged in to the wrong one.
I have updated the logo. And when I sign in and out of square it shows the new logo.
But when I use my square terminal to print a receipt the prior logo is all that will print. Not the new logo.
So it's beyond me what is going on lol. I've tried rebooting & logging in and out of my square terminal. But nothing has worked so far. It still only prints the old logo.

Can you try some of the troubleshooting steps listed in this article? It's possible that there may have been a delay in the update of your Dashboard to your Square Terminal. If they don't resolve the issue, let me know! Happy to take another look. for you.
