Using the Square Terminal and sending a customer a payment link option to their phone number, the payment is not synching with Square for Restaurants nor the terminal once the payment has been completed by the customer. I have tested this multiple times on my end as well. Is this a normal occurrence with Square Terminal and the payment link or is there a bug someone where in the functionality.

Are you seeing the payment on your Dashboard at all? Also, are you working with multiple locations?
It sounds like this could be a bug with the communication between the system. I would like to recommend having you reach out to our Hardware Team directly. This would allow a ticket to be filed with our Engineers. 1-855-700-6000

I see the payment(s) in transactions, as it seems when the payment link is sent it creates an order id but the payment is not closing out the order. I am working with multiple locations, but if I remember correctly this happened before the multiple locations. I will reach out to the hardware team first thing tomorrow
