I have a fairly new Square Register (less than 3 weeks old).
I just received my ZEBRA ZD411 today, and I'm trying to configure it.
- My Square Register is up-to-date, I just updated the software this morning.
- My USB Barcode Scanner & my Star TSP100 Receipt Printer connect just fine.
- When I set up the ZEBRA ZD411, the printer doesn't show up.
- I tried rebooting my Square Register, unplugging/plugging back in all of the USB plugs, choosing different ports, creating a printer profile, deleting the printer profile, etc.
- I have Square Plus for Retail, so it's not that.
- The Zebra doesn't have a jam & is feeding just fine.
I've done everything that I've seen on the help threads so far, and I can't get the printer to connect.
