We just purchased the square register and it doesn't prompt the team to clock in.

Hi~ yes, I figured that "clock in-out" issue out.
However, I'm now having issues as follows:
White Screen keeps coming up on Register during transactions.
I completed all the troubleshooting Steps and it's still happening.
