Set terminal to make sound on failed transaction

Hi, I am wondering if there is a way to have the square terminal make a unique sound when a transaction FAILS? Currently all noises are the same except the Mastercard transactions.

If this is not a current feature, where can we request to have it added?
Another option would be to have the screen NOT sleep if a failed transaction, or turn GREEN for successful transactions and YELLOW or RED for unsuccessful. An obvious audio or visual cue as the status of the payment would be a great addition.

WHY?
We've had a few instances where the cashier was distracted (usually by chatting with customer) and a failed debit/credit payment wasn't noticed until after the customer had left the store.

We don't currently have a feature on the Square Terminal that facilitates a sound when a payment doesn't go through, nor do we have a feature that allows sellers to change the color of the interface when a payment fails. I can definitely understand why that would be useful for you though, and I'll make sure to pass your feedback over to our product team for better visibility and their consideration.
