Hi, My device shows SPC1-01 on the back and displays multicolour LED behaviour (green/orange/red), but the serial lookup (010LS14802005044) is misclassifying it as Gen 1. The reader is several years old, it worked on an iPhone, Pixel 4XL, and now my Pixel 9 Pro for over a year and recently stopped booting (flashes green → orange/red → off). Frontline support has refused to escalate. This looks like a data/classification error + firmware failure that needs Hardware/Engineering review. Can a moderator please escalate?
