My register wasn't detecting the cash drawer and drawer wasn't lighting up. I tried plugging in another device into the hub and still no power. I plugged the cash drawer into another hub connected to another register and it fired up straight away.
I bought a new hub and problem still exists so it must be a problem with register.
How do I get a new, they are 2 weeks old?
