On May 1st we noticed that our logo on printed receipts had become so large that it was severely cropped. We have receipt copies from April 28th and the logo was printed properly as always.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I haven't but if you go to Settings > Account & Settings > Receipt
There are 2 options for the logo, framed or full. maybe the full was selected by someone? Have a look and let us know.
Tried both of those, including greatly reducing the pixel dimension of the logo, all while on the phone with Square support. No luck, but…
Around midday yesterday, June 1st, the problem “resolved itself”. Hmmm, I wonder if Square staff saw my posting, found, and rectified the cause?
