I was about to create a nearly identical thread.

Yesterday, the printers for our Square POS systems stopped working properly. We have two Square Stands with iPads, connected via USB to two Star TSP100 (TSP100II) printers, and both started exhibiting this behavior at the same time. The printers will sometimes print the current receipt, and sometimes they won't. If a receipt is printed successfully, the printer will reprint that receipt roughly every two minutes for the next ten minutes or so.

It seems to be an issue with the print queue not clearing properly, but I've tried everything without success. I have assigned different printer profiles to the printers, deleted every stored printer profile and created new ones, hard reset both printers, uninstalled and reinstalled Square on our iPads, and left all of the hardware unplugged and off overnight last night.

I only saw a hardware error displayed on the screen once, and that was (SPSHardwareErrorDomain error 15)

Hi friend, I stumbled into a solution that worked for me, and figured I'd share it in case it might help you as well.

What worked for me was to restart the Square Stand itself, not just the printer or my iPad.

In the POS, if you go to More  Settings  Hardware  Square Stand and then swipe to the bottom, there should be a button that reads "Restart Square Stand". Tap that, then close out the Square app and relaunch it. That immediately solved all my issues. Hopefully it works for you, but if not, I hope you find the right solution soon.

Unfortunately this didn't work for me, I still have the same error.

Appreciate the help, thanks
