So today my printers for online orders have been acting up.
1. I’m unable to open the printer menu without forcing a small reboot on my square register. Basically can’t change or check any setting. The moment I go to “printers” and tap on any printer it does that.
2. Online orders aren’t printing when they’re supposed to. I have it set to print orders 20 mins before pick-up times. And both of my printers are simply not printing orders. They show as connected but aren’t doing what they are supposed to.
The only way I’m getting online orders to print today is because I thankfully had a printer with the setting to print immediately when order is placed. Thus I think the issue is with the timing/clock on online orders. Please fix it so my business can continue to operate as I’ve configured it.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you are facing with your printers.
I would recommend running through the troubleshooting steps for your Register which you can find here.
Resetting your Register might be necessary given the issue you are seeing when trying to open your printer settings.
Now for the second issue, I took a look and the settings look right, the orders are set to print according to your prep time, so 20 minutes before they're due.
Since we have limited access to troubleshooting issues here in the Community, I would recommend reaching out to our direct support team. They are able to place test orders if needed and create a ticket for engineers to look into this issue.
