Point of Sale Behaviour - option to Skip

When creating an Item for the Item Library, there is a box titled "Point of Sale Behaviour".  Inside this box is an option to turn on/off a button that will "Skip detail screen in Point of Sale". What is this for? Does it just skip the information on the checkout screen?  I WANT that information to be supplied to my customer on their EMAIL RECEIPTS.  If I chose SKIP will it not give them this information?

Hello @thebloomnbucket - When it comes to the section that states "Skip detail screen in Point of Sale" at the time of creating an item. This button gives you the option to provide your customers with the ability to choose from a set of Customize Modifiers. If you decide to skip this section it will not provide them with the option to choose modifiers at the time of checkout.
