Please fix the new Open Tickets interface!

An update was pushed out two days ago that completely changed how Open Tickets operates on our Square Register. We now have two new screens and they are both slowing down our workflow by quite a bit :

The "Save Ticket" screen is particularly egregious with extremely tiny text that makes it very easy to save an item to the wrong tab. There's no way to increase the size of this text. Additionally, names are now showing up in this strange ALL CAPS last name first, first name last style that is much harder to read.

 

The "orders" tab also makes no sense. It used to just show your tickets. We don't do online ordering here so have no need for this interface and it's jumbled with information that we don't need. Additionally, we lost the time stamp for when something was last modified which was very helpful in service to see if you had already added something to someone's tab.

 

Lastly, transactions themselves are taking forever to process now. We're waiting by the printer for the receipts to come out and it's majorly slowing down our workflow.

 

Please please fix these screens, you've slowed down our workflow majorly with this update and there's no way to roll back!

This change makes no sense and has slowed our workflow significantly. It introduces more risk of error. These sort of changes have us looking at other POS options.
