Payment not processed

Hi, I took a payment yesterday for £1,750. The transaction apears in my recent transactions but the funds still havent appeared in my balance when clicking on money. 

 

So not only have I had to pay £30.63 as a card processing fee, i now still dont have access to my funds. 

 

Can somebody help?

Hey there, @Bwatts94 - 

 

From what I can tell on my end, it looks like a refund was issued for that transaction. In that case, you won't see it in your balance and the fees will reverse with the refund too. 

 

There is more information regarding refunds in this Support Article, but I am happy to answer any follow-ups you might have. 

@johnsonsmith - Whenever you tried to take a transaction, did you see an error message or just a frozen screen? If the payment went through without an issue before your restart, it would still be in your transactions. Do you see any refunds listed in your transactions history?
