Password screen is frozen on terminal. Help!

I just set up my square terminal for the first time yesterday. I did some tests and it was working fine. This morning I come in and turn on the screen to log in and it's frozen. I can't enter my password because the touch screen doesn't seem to be working and I can't power off/restart it either.  Help!!!

Ahhh. You're having issues with the Square Terminal. What troubleshooting have you tried? Did you restart it already? Is anything on the screen reacting to touch?

Help!

Having the same problem where the password screen is completly frozen! Can't turn if off and it's fully charged 😞

In this case, I would suggest holding the power button on your Square Terminal until it shuts off and then trying to turn it on again @osteotanya
