I have 2 orders that won't clear from my square register pos, under orders there are 2 orders that when I click on picked up it says "Updated on another device" but these orders are not on my other devices, just on my register and won't go away. is there a way to fix this?
Yea, and still didn't work, although today I found a setting in the pos that said something like "reset orders" or "sync orders" that seemed to fix the issue.
