NEED - 20ft compatible Micro USB-B cable to connect register to customer display screen.

Just bought the new register with customer display screen from Square. I need a 20ft cable to connect the two. (micro USB-B is what square technical department told me to buy as they do not sell one long enough)  I have purchased two cables online from Amazon/Ebay and they do NOT connect the customer display screen to register. The second one I purchased does light up the customer display screen but does the register does not recognize it as connected. It's obvious that the cable from square is best but they only offer a 12' cable which I purchased and tried female extenders with. This does not work either. I need compatible cable ASAP. Just curious if anyone knows why customer display screens are not bluetooth capable?

I may be wrong, but I think the Square register uses USB-C to connect to the front facing customer screen. 20ft. will have a significant data and power drop, that is probably why it isn't working. You would need an active repeater adapter to extend the data signal and power. It may work, but you WILL NOT get any support from Square with it Below is a link to a USB-C active repeater. It's 16.00 and cheap enough to give it a shot and hopefully it will work.
