Is there a way to change "Our store is not currently accepting orders." message

Hello, For the moment I'd like customers to contact me regarding purchases so I'd like to change the "Our store is not currently accepting orders." message to let people know that they can contact me for inquiries.  

How can this be done?

Hey there @whitelotus1!

I do not believe there is an option to do this, however you could always place a pop-up on your site to notify visitors upon loading your site!
