Is it possible to integrate Wix Loyalty with Square?

Hi,

Has anyone had any success (potentially with 3rd party tools) to use the WIX loyalty program and integrate it into Square POS so you can redeem and accumulate loyalty points both from instore (Square POS) and online (WIX Commerce)?

Are you encountering a specific issue or finding it difficult to set up the integration as expected?

While I’m not fully versed in troubleshooting integrations (as these are generally managed by the third-party platform), it doesn’t appear that the loyalty features you’re looking for are currently available through our integrations with Wix or Wix Bookings.

That said, it could be worthwhile to reach out to the Wix Support Team to see if they can clarify this or suggest any options that might fit your needs—especially if you’re hoping to use Wix’s loyalty features.
