Integration issue with Xero when on-charging the service fees

Hi Everyone

Is anyone else experiencing sales sync issues with Xero when on-charging service fees?

We set this up using instructions from Square but since we have, the sales syncs have been failing in Xero. The company that takes care of the Xero integration are telling me that its not actually a supported feature!

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your integration. The integration is built out by Amaka and Xero, and unfortunately, our troubleshooting ability here is a bit limited. With Square Service Charges being a relatively new feature, they might still be working on making this work. Generally, I'd give disconnecting and reconnecting the integration a try, but in this case, this may not help. I'll get in touch with our partnerships team to make sure our teams are across this.
