I cant figure out how to add form/contract to be sent out for ONE specific service. It will only attach and send for EVERY service. How do I link it to only one? Google says in the "scheduling" section but that doesn't exist.

I wanted to get some more information on how you're wishing to get these contracts sent for the one particular service.
Are you wanting the contract to be sent automatically? Or are you manually sending it to your customers?
Is this for an appointment or something else?

Yes, as an example I am canine massage therapist. I have both initial consultations AND maintenance sessions. So, I need an initial information form and waiver to be sent automatically when the INITIAL consultation is booked. I can only seem to attach one contract to every service and not to just one specifically. I hope that makes sense!

I was able to get some feedback from two Product Managers from the Appointments and Contracts Team.
At the moment this is unfortunately not possible; a contract is sent with every booking/service. This is a popular feature request among Square contract users.
The good news is, we are actively working on making it possible to send a contract out only for specific services. We are hoping to get this rolled out in early 2022. If you'd like to test out the feature sooner, you do have the option to join the Appointments Early Access Community.
