I've set up an auto discount for a special sale period but the discount isn't applying to my product

I'm running a special sale from today until Dec 19 and have applied a discount on certain products but the discount is not working!!!! Any help would be appreciated.

Was this a coupon that you made for your online store, or a discount you made in your Square account? I see that you made a coupon which starts today, but your post is from yesterday and was before that coupon would have started to work.

I called Square today and had my issue resolved. I didn’t realize I needed a coupon for my online store. I thought having created the discount on my Square would work at the store. It fixed now and working.  thanks for following up
