I have 2 fully5flashing red lights. And my square is fully charged anyone else have this problem.

I have 2 fully charged squares but 5 flashing red lights. This happened after I updated. Now they died and won’t take a charge. Anybody else have this problem?  What’s going on ? Both at the same time.

I cannot express how upset we are that we had 10 readers (and counting!)
fail completely on us this past week. We are not forced to spend so much
money to buy new ones as a result. The factory reset did not work. Why did
all of our readers fail all at once? I am looking into a "go-public" news
article to be written about this as it is very fishy and we did not get any
help from Square reps when we voiced our concerns. Your readers are failing on us and
SQuare is no longer reliable. We are looking into a different POS because
we are getting no compensation from Square. With 25 mobile staff members we cannot afford this anymore because Square is not making quality products.
