How to turn off developer options?

I cannot connect to my square reader. A turn off Developer Options keeps coming up. I was on another site that said go to settings and type "his" into the search bar. Then turn off "Allow HiSuite to use HDB" The search does not find any results??!! Ideas?

Did you search settings on your phone, not settings in the Square app? What phone and model do you have?
