How to print barcode labels from Item Library

We are supposed to be able to print barcode labels from the Item Library under the action tab.

  1. Sign in to Square Dashboard and go to Items & services (or Items & menus or Items & inventory) > Items > Item library.
  2. Click the Actions drop-down menu and select Print labels.
  3. Select a label type, location, barcode format and label details.
  4. Click Select by Category, Select from Purchase Order, or Add item.
  5. Select items based on how you chose to print labels. If applicable, click Done.
  6. Click Create Labels.
  7. Click Print Labels Now or Download PDF to save the file on your desktop computer or laptop.

The Select from Purchase Order does not work.  It will not populate.  It didn't work before the upgrade (downgrade) either.  Now I cannot print from the PO unless I pay an extra $100 a month.  This needs to be fixed.

@JALS I just check with Square. Printing barcodes through Purchase Orders is now a premium feature. Just printing regular barcodes is still included in both plans.

I have a case created with the "Square Engineers" but have not yet heard anything.  I don't expect to either.  Their support is "horsesh*t".

According to Square's wording which is copied in my original message, I should be able to print from my Item Library using "By PO".  This feature did not work in Square for Retail plus this past many months, nor does it work in the new Square Plus.  I have a case created with the Square engineers because no one at Square can answer the issue.  I should not have to purchase Square Premium just to print labels from a purchase order when using the Item Library.

@JALS Have you checked printing the PO barcodes in the past few days. I noticed yesterday Square has improve the barcode printing process. It has become much easier to print regular barcodes, hopefully they have fixed the PO barcode printing.
