Edit: Issue resolved! Seemed to be not working randomly as it is scanning now.. fingers crossed this was a one time random occurrence! Feel free to delete this admin as i couldn't see how.
Hello, we've just purchased a barcode scanner and need to scan existing barcodes into the sku field in square however it doesn't seem to work.
I click on the sku field in the item setup view and scan the barcode, it beeps like in the sell screen however it does not populate a number into the sku field.
We are using a socket mobile s700 scanner and it is currently able to scan barcodes that are already in square - so we know it is connected and working with the square app.
Any help would be appreciated as we have way too many products to manually type in barcodes..
