Back in July my handheld square terminal fell off the table and the screen shattered. I brought it to a repair service and they were unable to find a replacement screen. I contacted square directly and it is now 2 months and nobody got back to me.
I was hoping either square will respond to this or somebody in the community can help me out.
Does anybody know how I can get this fixed? The system still works with no problems.

Really sorry you've had a hard time trying to contact us. There really isn't another option aside from replacing the screen with a third party if they have a screen that fits or buying a new one outright unfortunately. 😞
Does square sell a new glass for the square terminal ?
If not where do I get one ? my screen is cracked.

@AlhambraTaxCent @hendWICA have you checked EBay for a dead terminal to purchase for the screen? I see some on there going for like 50.00, that would be cheaper than buying a new terminal. It shouldn’t be to hard to change, probably a ribbon cable is all that connects the screen to the motherboard.
