Hi there, we have a Team Plus subscription on POS, although we make very little use of it. I’d like to be able to grant one of our team members access to Invoices only (we use the free version of Invoices) - to be able to view outstanding invoices and create new ones. I don’t necessarily want them to be able to access other dashboard/sales data. Does anyone know if this is possible and how I’d go about it?
Many thanks,
Jonathan
Hi Johnathan, thanks for your post!
Do you have this employee set up already as a Team Member?
As you have Team Plus, you can create multiple permission sets - that means that all of the team members can have different permissions.
For example, you can create a permission set for Bar Staff, Office Staff, Invoice admin, etc. and they can all have different levels of access.
In this case, you can create the permission set here and then within the settings, you can enable:
Full Invoices Access - Allow team members to create, edit and send invoices to customers.
Then - within that team member's profile, you can assign them the Invoices permission set. You can see the full breakdown of permission sets here.
Let me know how it goes @MarshfieldCC
