We've been using the Square Terminal with our Square iPad for over a year now, to take payments. It's been working very well, but yesterday started to come up intermittently with the message "Failed. Failed to send to Square Terminal. Try Again." Trying again doesn't work, so we use the little contactless device. Today, it's been doing that with every transaction. I reset the Terminal to its factory settings, and that hasn't helped. It connects fine with the device code, it's just when you try to put the payment through that this message comes up. Interestingly, when you use the contactless device, the final screen shows up on the Terminal, after they've paid. Both devices are using the same WIFI network. Any ideas?
Today it's working fine. I'll post if it starts acting up again.
