Error trying to get payment methods

I am trying to enable the Gift Certificate option in Payment methods from the Dashboard. I navigate to Settings -> Accounts & Settings -> Business Settings -> Payment Methods (https://squareup.com/dashboard/business/payment-methods) and am presented with a "Payment methods failed to load." error.

 

I can see that a post to https://squareup.com/services/squareup.paytypeenroller.InternalEnrollmentService/ListOrCreatePayment... fails with a 500 error

I'm unable to access your links above. However, you don't need to access your Account & Settings to enable the option to sell Gift Cards.

I can certainly provide some steps to get you setup up with selling Gift Cards. 

To access the Gift Card settings on your online Dashboard, navigate from the main menu to Payments > Gift Cards

For Plastic Gift Cards, select the Settings page to edit your card amounts or allow custom amounts. For eGift Cards, select the dropdown arrow next to eGift Cards, then select Configure. This will then take you through the setup steps to get your eGift Cards up and running.

 

If you plan on accepting the majority of your gift card sales through the Square app, you can manage your payment methods to ensure the gift card option is available.
