Do team members have to download the point of sale app as well as the team app?

Do team members have to download the point of sale app as well as the team app?  My goal is to have my team members have the team members do sales transacitons on their own phones.

To have your team members complete sales transactions on their own phones, each team member will need to download the Square Point of Sale app on their device.

However, the Square Team app is separate and only needed for managing team permissions, access, and settings.

So, while the Team app isn't necessary for processing transactions, the Point of Sale app will be required for each team member to carry out sales on their phone.
