I’m looking for the easiest way to delete a charge if input wrongly. Say I’m charging $100 but input $1000. How do I reverse that and start again? Thanks!
Hey there @Izibele I understand accidents can happen but there is currently no way to delete a charge that was entered incorrectly. While there isn’t a way to delete a transaction, you can definitely process a refund instead. It won’t remove the transaction from your history, but refunding the transaction will balance your books.
