Last year we purchased the new square register with the customer screen. For the last few weeks the screen becomes disconnected and I have to pull it off and reinsert it. We are hardly using it right now because our greenhouse isn’t open for business yet. The few times we needed it I have to reinsert it. Anyone else?
Hey there @dutch1. All Square hardware comes with limited warranties. Based on your statement that you purchased yours “last year,” and given that the Register has a two-year warranty, you should be able to file a warranty claim. Here’s a link to the necessary information.
