I'm using the Square POS system on my laptop as opposed to an iPad. I've ordered the Square terminal for card payments, a cash drawer, a barcode scanner, and a hub connection. I cannot seem to get my cash drawer up and running. I don't seem to have the ability to add a cash drawer in Square or enter an opening cash amount anywhere. When I test a cash sale, I get a message saying that the payment has failed. I've tried speaking to the Square support staff, but on their end everything looks like it's set up correctly and they can create a cash sale with no trouble. What am I missing??
