Catagories at checkout

Before the upgrade Oct 2022 I was able to go to my categories and make the sale from there but I can’t seem to do that now. I only have checkout and can’t select what I am selling - any ideas what to do - many thanks

Hi, @Chicha, it sounds like you're referring to the Square Point of Sale update.

I just want to ensure I'm on the same page with you here, are you saying you're now unable to select Items from their assigned Categories when in the Point of Sale app? Or are you referring to the Favourites screen?
 

The update hasn't removed this option. When on the Checkout screen in the app, you will see the options to select Keypad, Library and Favourites at the top of the screen. When you select Library, Categories will display alphabetically above your individual items. For ease of use, you can add entire Categories to your Favourites page.

If you're referring to something else, please provide some additional information in your reply so I can better assist you.
