The title of this thread has been edited from the original to make it more accessible to other sellers with similar queries: Online booking from mobil device.
I've recently had numerous clients show up for a booking that they thought they had made on their mobil device. The issue seems to be that when booking on you phone, it appears that the booking has been done but in fact unless you scroll down to the bottom you will not see the actual button "book appointment" as it is out of screen view until you scroll down. Is there not a way to have the "book appointment" button always in view and accessible to avoid this confusion?

There is currently no way to customise the Appointments online checkout page at this time. I understand the business need as it seems to create confusion with your customers, and I'll make sure to share your post with our Product Team.
In the meantime, I also suggest filing a feature request on our Ideate Board for added visibility.
