Can not connect to server when I'm doing my set up

I'm in the process of finishing my set up for my square and I have all the info inputed but now it won't connect to the square server!!!

Can't call any one at help desk because it says unavailable.. Not sure how I'm supposed to run my business like this?

It just says can not connect to server 🙁
