Bluetooth connection issues

Hi I have been using my square reader with my Iphone 11 without any issues so far, however this morning I could not get it to connect via bluetooth at all. I tried the off/on with BT ect and forget this device, then it could not find device again. I would love your help.

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry about the trouble with your Square Reader! When you have a chance, please give resetting your reader a try:

1. Hold the button on the bottom of the reader for 15 seconds.
2. When you see 4 red lights, release the button.
3. Tap on the button one time to get green lights.

Once you've done this, pair your reader via the settings in the Point of Sale app again. Please let us know how you go!
