Barcode scanner and printer stopped working after update

This last update caused a huge issue with our Ipad. It is now saying the barcode scanner is not compatible, the printer is a zebra printer and it is not printer either. 

No matter what I do to fix or reinstall it, nothing works.

• I see you mentioned you reinstalled it, but could you specify what other troubleshooting steps you have taken?
