After many non-responses to square tech support I ordered badges from their vendor and had to pay for them, even though I was promised free (by being a team plus subscriber). I ran through all the steps with my square register and activated (successfully) a few team badges. The app shows the team member as having a passcode + badge. When trying to login or use any feature that should allow badge access they do not work. It seems the Tap feature does not activate to allow. Has anyone else ran into this problem? Maybe a solution? Trying to avoid the tech support pit that does not respond.
